Assembly
Place the red felt on a surface
On the red felt place one mirror facing up
On the mirror place the bowl
On the bowl place one mirror facing down

Position
Place everything under your bed (if you have drawers under the bed it can be placed inside)
If you are unable to place under your bed position on your bedside table (this may not be as effective)
Position so that when you lie down in bed the bowl, etc., are roughly beneath your chest
